NC Pork Council welcomes new staff members
RALEIGH (January 13, 2025) — Two new staff members have joined the NC Pork Council team — Todd Ellis as controller and Katherine Dils as operations coordinator.
Todd Ellis, Controller
With nearly 30 years of financial experience, Todd has considerable expertise managing financial processes. He’ll be responsible for handling everything from budgeting and financial reporting to ensuring that the organization is fully compliant with federal, state, and industry regulations.
Todd’s career has spanned several different industries, including healthcare, telecom, and logistics. He holds a degree in accounting from the University of Texas in Arlington.
Katherine Dils, Operations Coordinator
Katherine is the NC Pork Council’s go-to person for planning and organizing meetings and events. She has previous agriculture experience, having worked with the NC Farm Bureau, and is thrilled to be back in the industry.
A Raleigh native, Katherine has an art history degree from Presbyterian College and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from NC State University. She previously worked in graduate admissions at NC State.
