Crispy Herb-Crusted Pork Chops
⏱ Total time: 30 min. 🍽 Serves 4
Ingredients
4 bone-in pork chops
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Pat the pork chops dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, thyme, and garlic powder.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined.
Dip each pork chop into the beaten eggs, then press firmly into the herb and breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.
Heat the olive oil and butter in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the breaded pork chops and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until the coating is golden and crispy.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for about 10–15 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
Remove the pork chops from the oven and let them rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.

Smoky BBQ Pulled Pork
⏱ Total time: 6 hr. 30 min. 🍽 Serves 6
Ingredients
3–4 pounds pork shoulder
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Directions
Pat the pork shoulder dry and generously season all sides with the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, black pepper, and salt.
Place the seasoned pork shoulder in a slow cooker. Pour the chicken broth and apple cider vinegar around the pork.
Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily pulls apart with a fork.
Remove the pork from the slow cooker and place it on a large cutting board. Let it rest for about 10 minutes.
Using two forks, shred the pork into bite-sized pieces, removing any excess fat.
Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and mix it with the BBQ sauce and cooking juices.
Cover and cook for another 15–20 minutes to allow the smoky BBQ flavors to soak into the pork.
Serve warm on toasted buns, tacos, or alongside your favorite BBQ sides.
