Dan Van Staalduinen

Dan Van Staalduinen, a life-long resident of Eastern NC was raised on his working family farm in Terra Ceia, NC. One of 10 children and the son of first generation Dutch immigrants, his immediate and extended family built and maintain a successful and reputable flower, livestock, and row crop farm. Dan has held many different jobs in the pork industry ranging from feed sales to farm manager, and for the last ten years as an Environmental Management Supervisor with Goldsboro Milling Company. Dan possesses a passion for his community and church. He is a member of Roanoke River Partners, Sylvan Heights Waterfowl Society and Eco-Center, and the NC Pork Council. He also serves as an eleventh and twelfth grade Sunday school teacher at Memorial Baptist Church in Williamston, NC, where he, along with his wife Amanda, and their 3 children, Parker, Fin, and Tate attend. Dan is a graduate of Dordt College in Sioux Center, Iowa, where he earned an Associates degree in Agriculture.
