National Representative

Don Butler - National Pork Producers Council Board

Don Butler is director of government relations and public affairs for Murphy-Brown LLC. For 15, Don has been involved with pork production. Currently, he is on the board of directors for the National Pork Producers Council and serves as chair for the National Animal Agriculture Alliance. In addition to serving on the NC Pork Council's board, Don is a member of the Council's executive committee, awards committee, budget committee, and public policy committee. He is also past president of the NC Pork Council. On a local level, Don is on the board of the Sampson County Friends of Agriculture as well as a member of the Bladen County Livestock Association. He has a bachelor’s degree in sociology and psychology.
