Cobb Salad Ham Roll-Ups

Headed out for a quiet picnic? Make sure to pack this easy-to-assemble dish that is packed with smoky ham flavor. Mix avocado, tomatoes, blue cheese, hard boiled eggs and bacon together adding it to layered ham slices and lettuce for a crispy meal that will be savored with every bite.

Servings: 4

Cooking Directions
Combine mayonnaise and mustard in a medium bowl. Fold in eggs, avocado, tomato, blue cheese and bacon until combined. Set aside. Layer each ham slice with some of the lettuce. Place a heaping tablespoon of the egg mixture at one end of each slice. Starting at the end with the filling, roll up each ham slice. Secure with a wooden pick.
