The smell of downeast barbecue fills the air in the Historic Downtown Harbour District in Washington, NC located on the Pamlico River. This family festival features barbecue and chili cook-offs, Beaufort County Arts Council juried Fine Arts Show, music, children's activities, classic car show and artisans' market. There will be a movie in the park to kick-off the weekend event.
